Im concerned that you think physical strength is a good predictor of longevity. It isn’t. High BMI is a predictor of shorter lifespan and that includes more muscular low fat physiques. It is the reason women have a slightly longer lifespan on average. The extra muscle seems to come at a cost of accelerated cellular senescence. Some longevity drugs like rapamycin suppress the same horomonal signalling pathways that body builders try to activate, like mTOR. Consider lowering the BMI.

The cigars are doing damage at the cellular level. It may never catch up with you in the form of lung/oral cancer. But better safe than sorry imo. It’s not doing anything good.

I take astaxanthin which is a really strong antioxident shown to reduce cancer rates in smokers/ex-smokers ( I used to smoke a pack a day.) Stay away from vitamin A/ beta carotene supplements which may increase cancer in smokers. You dont need to eliminate it from your diet, just dont take extra.
