Not seeing a map on that site, but those bridges are likely the ones to the west of the current invasion. There's an area of Russia just to the west, and directly beside Ukraine, that's cut off by a large meandering river, with just a few bridges. In theory, Russia now can't get more forces there to defend it, but the Kursk Op is going so poorly that the Ukrainians probably can't afford forces to attack there too.
