No they aren't smart. They're really much more like black people than we usually think. They dance around crazily went in a mob they get hysterical and they kill people at random. The only real difference than black people is somebody gave him some very good instructions that they follow and they got very good at stealing high technology. Otherwise thinking of them as black people with white skin explains almost all their behavior and it explains why you're never going to be able to talk rationally with them they're never going to understand anything they'll always be killing people ruthlessly and take great joy in torturing people.
