That's actually a good idea. If you make it seem like a high crime area,it keeps everyone else out. And you can drive out anyone you don't like. You can practice shooting,scare the normies off,and keep your rent low all in one fell swoop without actually hurting anyone. All those drive by shootings where no one gets hurt make sense now!
They're only pretending to be criminal assholes to get away with living amongst their own!
