.5 t pepper .5 t salt .5 t turmeric .25 t celery salt .25 t cayenne .25 t cumin
Mix all thoroughly with hands. Use medium heat. Oil (avocado) pan. Dump enough to cover pan about .5 inches high. Press down. Pull in edges. Cook 4-5 MIN. Flip onto plate. Oil pan. Cook 3-4 MIN.
