This is to show just how stark the difference is between White workers and poo in the loo indians. I have one White and one indian employee. The White guy is always on time, picks up on fast really fast, gets stuff done on time. Really I can't say i have any complaints with the guy. I also have a very smart intern who is really good at what he does. Both White, and absolutely no complaints on anything.

And then there's the indian guy. This guy introduces bugs on every item he creates, his code and work takes FOREVER to complete, the finished work is of very poor quality and is clearly missing everything from the req, basic crap is completely missing or lost, he asks basic questions which are straight out dumb or were priorly answered by someone else, he constantly undermines management by reiterating stuff they already said.

Indians have this weird thing where they take a message you said and then re iterate it to give more visibility to themselves. It ends up cluttering the messaging system, and makes a lot of people annoyed. Originally we had a plan for this guy, but the quality he pushes out is so poor we are left with either cycling him somewhere else, or giving him easier and easier tasks he can manage.

But even then, we gave him one of the EASIEST tasks in the world. His job was to write window.alert on a button click with a confirm button. Not only did he manage to mess it up, he somehow introduced a NEW bug on top of not following what the task was asking. How do you fuck that up so badly?!
