Trespassing someone needs no justification besides "I/we don't want him here", by the owner or agent of the owner, and where the unwanted person has no enforceable rights of tenancy or similar.
You can be LEGALLY (in trumps voice) trespassed from a club where you have a paid membership, whether you've previously had breakfast, read the Bible out loud, or whatever.
