The Coriolis effect isn't real. Helicopters don't see the ground moving below them when hovering still. Snipers account for wind, not the spin of the earth. Toilets and sinks drain either clock-wise or counter-clock-wise depending on the direction of influence the water has when being filled, or the shape of the drain causes the direction if there is little to no influence on the water when flushing or pulling the plug.
