Ahh, no. What I'm doing is reading the Constitution and yes, that sentence IS meant to not allow voting rights as a punitive measure.
Read this way, it seems to imply that a voter id would almost be required to keep with the spirit of the law in a practical way.
If that's how you want to read it, whatever. It doesn't change the fact that a poll tax cannot be issued to prevent a right.
We should follow the Constitution more and the Supreme Cunts less. It's not that hard to read and understand the Constitution. It does however take effort and cunning to circumvent it, something that the Supreme Cunts have become proficient at.
