You cannot develop treatments without studying the disease. And you cannot study a disease without storing it. In a lab. Which will of course have biohazard signs. And be funded by government agencies.
That -doesn't- prove they -aren't- running a bioweapons program. Maybe they are. Wouldn't be surprised. But all the "evidence" she presents can be plausibly explained by benign research facilities.
So why is she just dismissing that possibility with sarcasm, instead of addressing it? Why is she pretending that the only reason to study dangerous pathogens is to weaponize them, when it is obvious that you also need to study them to defend against them?
That's a textbook manipulation technique: Ignore arguments you can't win, just make fun of them instead.
