Comment exists when editing or on my history, but does not show on the post tiself. Used only " " punctuation marks.

Text of comment:

He wrote "Needle and the Damage Done" that decried drug use, specifically heroin.

He wrote "This Notes for You" that decried artists selling their music for commercial use.

He got sued by his record label for making a "non-Neil Young record."

He really was the anti-establishment guy in the 70s and 80s.

In the 2000s and 2010s he started selling his music to companies for $$ and started running in upper political circles and turned into a irredeemable cunt.

In his mind, he's being a good little socialist by "doing his part" and that "safety > freedom" because that's socialism in a nutshell. The cognitive dissonance in his head has to be kicking in strong, because he always did his own thing as an individualistic-oriented artist, so he is striking out at the "big guy", i.e. Spotify CEO in order to show that he is still "anti-establishment."

I'd hate to be in his head right now, because it has to be confusing AF in there.
