Specifically the way it sounded, it seemed like he was saying a neutron wasn't it's own distinct entity. Which definitely isn't the case because, for example, beta decay
This is why physics sucks so hard. To talk about it in a meaningfully accurate way you basically have to include complicated math and pedantic theory lol
