Which is what you say (if you are evil), when the alternative is YOU (they) committed FRAUD. Once, the judge (lawsuit under seal) admonished them as they rebuked me. He said "HEY, he didn't bring you here, you brought HIM here. HE has a RIGHT to DEFEND himself". ANYWAY a LOT more disappointments ("mistakes" not crimes) in the testimony than bright shining lights. I've resigned myself to not expect much, except perhaps to not be EXECUTED (because that would be taking it TOO far I imagine). It's been going on for YEARS. Patents are out and everything. Temporary injunction against me using them.
They said I was "Hired to invent", thought they NEVER Told me that, and NOBODY was ever asked to invent anything during the time I was there, the entire time I was there. and nobody had invented anything before me either. We did NO research, had NO lab(s), or Experimental projects. THAT is/was their main claim regardless (they have ALL rights and privilegs, I had NONE, and they had NO duty to TELLme that upfront). I KNEW about this (previous job) AT the TIME (IP rights). They didn't mention it, I didn't either. I figured the Default position was EQUITABLE). They even said, he might win in another state, but not HERE. ALSO (baker and botts was one of my opponents texas firms ex secretar of state Jim Baker) they OVERHAULED (again) the IP laws in the us as a result of this. Lot's of in's and out's I've learned (To my shagrin) how the "justice" system "works" (NOT for the nobodies).
$10's of millions of dollars is a LOT of money to owe, even when it's not a sure thing (damper on your life) yet.
