The city wants to stop having laws because black and brown people can’t follow them.

Many of the small infraction traffic stops end up uncovering a suspended driver, no insurance, drugs, DUI, or warrants for the driver.

You agree that there is a bottom limit to how slow you can go to increase throughput right? Well, where I'm from we meet it. I'm not talking about swerving between cars. I'm talking about every car on the road going the same speed, but not 55 being the top speed in the whole state.
