The only way to argue otherwise is to point out that it is in direct opposition to the constitutional rights you are guaranteed and it is therefor both repugnant and incapable of being a law. Lets work through the logic. Promoting hate and violence is bad. Someone tell me how much money was spent on or sent to others for military.
How much on playing favorites with various groups? How much spent on demonizing and suppressing other groups? How much on destroying the culture of others? The government are among the last fuckers who have any place talking about opposition to the promotion of hate and violence.
