I am not aware of what @UncleDoug is referring to. If bluman deleted it on his own there is no record of it.
However, during the first couple of months after launching the site, the rules were still getting hammered out. The main rule was do not post illegal content. A situation came up where he posted a posted of teens topless with their arms up. The image was removed by Cynabuns before I found out about it. Upon learning the situation we both researched and discussed the topic. Now this might be shocking to you, but nude images of minors is not illegal. It becomes illegal when it becomes sexual. And it doesn't take much at all to cross that line. So we came up with rule 7 "Any content with nude and/or sexually explicit images of minors is strictly prohibited and will result in an instant ban.". This rule includes both nude non-sexual images and non-nude sexual images of minors. This may shock you as well, all those virtue signallers screeching about this place post on a forum which allows nude images of minors. Searchvoat hides it behind a checkbox so in their minds it's all good. It's beyond hypocrisy.
Now you could argue I am a piece of shit for not banning him, but I feel adding a rule and then retroactively applying it is wrong. Had I banned him, there would be people bitching because he technically didn't break the rules.
The problem has been fixed but some people are still unhappy and bitch about it. But I can't change the past, they are who they are, and I refuse to ban someone following the rules set out.
