The rise in federal spending and regulatory power has deepened anger and partisan divisions by trying to force policy conformity on a very diverse country. The federal government tries to impose one‐​size‐​fits‐​all policies on the nation when there is no national consensus.

Yeah, I know I linked to the CATO Institute. Sorry, they had the best synopsis of this story.

This is possibly the best representation of "current times". Farenheit 451, edited by people who wanted to update it for "modern times", which is literally what the book is about. Cancel culture, written in 1953, this publisher trying to edit it in the late 60s or 70s...

We don't have a gun problem or the distribution between public and private schools would more closely follow the distribution of public vs private schools.

So what could the problem possibly be??? That problem is why this study will never be discussed in any mainstream avenue.
