They are sort of like praying a rosary, or a series of smaller prayers but they seem to be more focused on specific intentions. I am surprised I hadn't seen these before now. That looks like a partial list as I am seeing more and different ones too.

A 7 decade sorrows sounds pretty intense. That would be difficult to pray every day.
