I’m sure this guy is probably a slumlord, but the pictures and examples the NY Post provides look like a stupid smear job

Picture #3 of “garbage accumulating.” Are you fucking kidding me? It is in an area for trash. When does garbage not accumulate? It is a few bags for a big buildingz
2. Picture #5 of “poor conditions” in a building show an active construction area where the floor has brand new and carefully laid down protection and a dust curtain.
3. Picture #6 makes you think that some old fecally encrusted toilet removed from an apartment is just sitting in a lobby. It’s a brand new toilet with what looks like a bag with the rubber seal, mounting bolts, etc. in it sitting there. So, the guy is putting a new toilet in a unit and some fag probably thought it was sitting there for a day or two too long and took a picture of it.
The photos of the bedbug guy are pretty horrifying, but I had bedbugs once and I eliminated them immediately on my own and didn’t allow myself to be continuosly gnawed on like this fucking junkie did. What the fuck is going on with his foot? It looks like he was shooting tranq into it and it got infected. That’s not typical of a bedbug bite.
I hate these tenants just as much as the landlords. They’re mostly a bunch or rent-controlled niggers, faggots, Jews and other Liberal malcontents who whine about everything. If the conditions are so terrible, why would you continue to pay rent and live there?
