10. Be not a cancer on the earth — Leave room for nature — Leave room for nature.
Now, ignoring all of the prettified hippy language, which is an obvious decoy, there is the obvious message that TPTB, over time, want to reduce and homogenize the population, making them easier to control.
They've been upfront about this for decades.
