If Paul were Catholic | Reminder: Catholicism Teaches Works Based Salvation
(files.catbox.moe)https://files.catbox.moe/fbrc9x.jpegThen he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas, And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. - Acts 16:29-31 | King James Version
Christianity is the only religion that preaches grace through faith alone.
Every other religion (false religions like Catholicism, Mormonism, Islam, etc.) teaches works; that you cannot be certain of your salvation because the sacrifice of Jesus Christ's perfect life, death, burial and resurrection is not enough for them.
Instead they believe THEY have to atone for their sin ALSO.
They put their dirty rags (works) on par with the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross.
They do not believe the Gospel that Jesus Christ was sent for us to die, that he would be our propitiation, and that we are to 'rest' from the 'work' of 'attempting' to enter into heaven.
Jesus Christ is our Sabbath. He is our rest.
My friends, believe in Jesus Christ alone for your redemption from sin and death and know that you will be saved.
God bless!
