I was searching for some some stuff related to light weight browsers and found this page on wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_lightweight_web_browsers. Notice that half of the light weight browsers mentioned here are webkit based. It makes me wonder if webkit engine is more resource efficient as compared to gecko or blink.
