President Donald Trump said in a social media post Sunday “I am directing the Bureau of Prisons, together with the Department of Justice, FBI, and Homeland Security, to reopen a substantially enlarged and rebuilt Alcatraz, to house America’s most ruthless and violent Offenders. We will no longer be held hostage to criminals, thugs, and Judges that are afraid to do their job and allow us to remove criminals, who came into our Country illegally,” the president wrote in a post on Truth Social. “The reopening of Alcatraz will serve as a symbol of Law, Order, and Justice.” CNN.

When the courts, and the atf eventually take sides on taxing your rights out of existence, what you have to say to them is "fuck you, fuck your laws, and fuck your agencies."     (USPolitics)

Their gameplan is this:
False civic nationalism. Lull us into trusting the courts. Understand that someone on the supreme court leaked the roe vs wade scandal, to help the democrats in the regime's show-elections. They absolutely did. And the regime covered it up.

Eventually, with increasing tempo, the courts will side against firearms, car ownership, land ownership, farming, and an ever growing host of other rights and freedoms. This is coming. This is what is going to happen.

Take the pistol braces issue. Some of you think by complying this that everything is going to be a-ok. Nothing could be further from the truth. Some of you will say

"It's the same as converting your pistol to a rifle, it's legal"

And the agency's response will be:

'but before that it was an illegal short barrel rifle! And now its a rifle...with an illegally short barrel!'

Thats all they have to do. Thats the stupid game plan of theirs. Thats the entire point.

Who gets to say its a rifle, or pistol, or SBR?

Oh right, not you.

Or are we going to argue thats ridiculous and could never happen? Just like "constructive intent" is ridiculous and could never be a policy, or how rubbers bands are 'machine guns'.

Some of you are still stuck thinking these people are reasonable. That these people play by some kind of rules or standard, when they make up the rules as they go along.
These people are our god damn enemies, and you need to understand that this shit? Its gonna come to a head with the american public, not "maybe", but inevitability because they keep fucking around and end up hurting too many people. Because people do not like when you hurt them, and fuck around, and play rigged games where they lose no matter what they do.

People do not like being threatened by an unresponsive bureaucracy for years on end. A bureaucracy that has a habit of knocking down doors in the dead of night, throwing flash bangs in baby cribs to melt childrens faces off, shooting peoples family pets, and destroying peoples entire livelihoods, families, businesses, property over technicalities.

Technicalities that continually go unaddressed by an all but out of reach and entirely unrepresentative congress, who pay lip service to doing something, but shrug as hundreds of families and businesses are destroyed every year by an agency those same so-called "representatives" are completely immune from.

You have a double-standard and a lot of angry people. And I see the public. I see it. I see them saying they're done with this nonsense, this condescending game of tit-for-tat with bureaucrats barefacedly lying out one side of their mouth about not actively reviling and working against our rights, while out the other side of their mouths pursuing the selfsame destruction of our rights and independence.

Citizens won't have it anymore.

Their appeals to rules are irrelevant. And all who want to play that game, to offer succor to these sons-of-bitches, are essentially bending the knee to what was, is, and will always be unacceptable and intolerable.
Anyone who is for it, is the enemy.

And what you must be prepared to shout, to declare, resolutely, in everything you do and say is this:

Fuck you, fuck your law, and fuck your agencies and what they have to say.

You have to be prepared to say it to every official, at any level, no matter who, where, or when.

You have an absolute right to refuse to comply with any UNLAWFUL policy, or mandate, or bill masquerading under "color of law". This is the hard truth. You have a right to say NO, regardless of who is telling you it is the law, or that you have to 'obey'.

Your motto from here on in, if you and yours are to survive what america is degrading into, must become this and only this:

Screw the occupation. Molon labe.

The ATF includes plea bargains in its "conviction rate". At trial, they actually only convict less than 2% of people. I'm surprised more people don't use discovery to damage them in the media.     (yewtu.be)

Merrick Garland could be going to jail through an action of Congress that representative Luna is coming up with. It's called inherent contempt and it's very different than the previous contempt of congress statements that have been issued by Congress recently for so many people. Representative Luna is going to bring a motion before the house to hold Merrick Garland in inherent contempt which is different than all the bullshit contempt of congress stuff that's going on before. This is a very different thing and it's the first time it's been used since 1934 so it's worth understanding and paying attention.

Inherent contempt is a very different thing and I'm glad she's bringing it up. I've argued for this for a long time. The House of Representatives has the option to jail a person for contempt of congress. The house can jail them themselves. There's actually a jail cell in the bottom of the capital that used to be used for this purpose. They can keep the person in jail until they fulfill the request of congress. They don't need to go through the department of Justice they don't need to refer anybody they don't need to do anything else. I used to call for this three four years ago when some of the house investigated committees would say well we referred it and there's nothing else we can do and I would say that's bullshit there's a jail cell on the bottom of Congress and you can hold people in that jail cell until they comply and tell you what they're refusing to tell you. Anyway apparently this representative Luna who actually has been excellent on so many things has it recognized this and brought up this for a vote and last time it was used as in 1934 when someone was held in contempt of congress and the Sergeant at arms in the Congress which is the guy who is basically the head security guy in the house literally goes and arrests the person and they have to come with the sergeant in arms and that person is held somewhere. Now in 1934 they were held in a hotel room until they complied with Congress the jail cell at the bottom of the capital was not used and I would prefer that to be used but still the fact that she has revived something and recognized that it exists that the house has the ability to arrest somebody themselves. They don't need to go through the crew corrupt department of justice. And that's what she's calling for here and that's why this is a very different thing. And that's also why American Garland is so scared and he's calling a bunch of House Republicans and trying to convince them to not have him arrested. Now that in itself is probably a sign of corruption and if that was going on in a Congress or in a courtroom rather the judge would say well that's somebody tampering with the jury. In this case the House Representatives members are the jury and for Merrick Garland to be calling them and lobbying them in secret telling them who knows what I mean he's the head of the department of Justice he could be threatening them with blackmail if they vote to have him arrested.

Somebody needs to tell them to stop writing cues like "Pause" and "End of quote" in the teleprompter.

How much has this group together combined for in student debt relief?

The last state is Arizona with Trump up 52.7% with 82% reporting. If he wins Az, that would give him 312 Electoral votes. A trouncing. He still should have won the popular vote by more than 4 million, though.
