Making a subverse tag pool so we can categorize subverses and sort through that mess easier would be good. Let the users create and suggest tags. Let the owners apply the tags they think fits. Then let the search function bring up subverses that match the tags you look for.

Or "favorite" whatever you want to call it.

Downvote brigades would be less effective if the downvoates were publicly shown. Downvotes shouldn't be used to show disagreement but rather when a post goes against a subs/ sites rules.

I am posting hideous material which has no business being seen by anyone ever. However it is not "Gore" or "Adult Content", as such, and "NSFW" just isn't enough to convey how awful the image is.

Can you introduce "NSFL" (Not Safe For Looking) as an additional checkbox in the "Create a new post" form?

Example, I sign in. I read around, then go to other websites. After reading other websites, I go to my bookmarks/favorites, click voat, and I am signed out. WHY AM I SIGNED OUT? When I sign in, in the morning, I click the box that says "remember me", so as to keep signed in, when I return.

I used to notice, IF I had multiple tabs open, and lets say I signed in on the 3rd open tab, when I would go back to voat later I would have to sign in again. I GOT AROUND THAT PROBLEM, by always signing in, with the left most tab. Now that trick doesn't work anymore.

WHY CAN'T MY COMPUTER STAY SIGNED IN???
