CO2 adsorption of IR radiation is near complete at 300 PPM. Additional CO2 will have little effect and is not a crisis.

These findings confirm the major role of the biosphere in the carbon cycle and a non-discernible signature of humans."
Burning fuels has no measurable effect on levels of C13. Humans do not control CO2 or climate.

https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/27630651/move-jakarta-city-indonesia-sinking-nusantara/

Over 1.9million residents in Jakarta, Indonesia's capital, could be forced to relocate in a very ambitious $30billion plan with the first people set to move-in to the new city by the end of October 2024.

But Jakarta has over 11 million people. Let the poors take one for the team, I guess.

My guess is that in twenty years, the old city will have over 25 million residents and that it will not suffer from imagined sinking or higher sea level.
