* Rice
* Soy - Textured soy protein, soy isoflavones
* Corn - Corn flour, HFCS

There are little bits of meat and vegetables here and there, but the above is the bulk of it.

Read that list again. It's cattle feed.

And remember that the Hebrew word for cattle is "goyim".
