The boomer generation was the transition between self reliance of the masses and zero connection to nature. Few millennials or genzers were taught the vital skills that their parents knew. Instead they used credit and usury to enslave themselves and their children. It is sad. I don't hate boomers. I feel sorry for all of us and I hope things change soon.
My mom did nothing to oppose those things. She is retired and trusts God to save the world. Evil thrived because good men did nothing. I do not know if that will change. My children may also end up rightly criticizing my self centeredness. There is no absolution for inaction.
My boomer mom uses her savings to help the starvings in Africa. She just went there for three weeks on a missions trip. Fund raised by the church, 10k a pop. My white wife, and 8 White children and I could live comfortably on that for half a year, no problem. She is a typical boomer with high resources, misplaced priorities, and no fucks given about the future. Her life was an epic struggle from day one and she deserves her reward now, everyone has struggles and it is not her place to enable "poor decisions". Real life quotes. The boomer generation (not a pejorative, simply a title that is decades older than the modern slurrage) is the greatest holder of wealth, yet the least charitable and also the most likely to think that everything they have they built with their own two hands generation ever.
Being dumb or smart has nothing to do with how well you can do a task inside obvious parameters. That is, a 7 year old isn't going to build a house and a rocket engineer will laugh at the most complicated model airplane.
Doing something well and doing something good enough are different levels of skill. If you care and aren't retarded you can learn to do anything acceptably fairly quickly. Being a master of any skill usually takes years or decades.
