Hello. In your mobile browser, is the URL being redirected to https from http? If so, these are handled different by browsers and a site being accessed by the version of the URL NOT in the AdminCP settings will show without the styling as the browser will treat this as insecure.
I'd recommend you look at getting an SSL certificate installed on your site as more browsers are now starting to force users to https versions of sites for security reasons.
