She uses white and brown rice flour, tapioca starch, and potato starch.... Bob's Red Mill brand. To make them work as a replacement in recipes for standard flour you have to ratio them, but there's lots of info on the web
You got it. My wife and her 2 sisters were all prescribed levo, and my wife's youngest sister was diagnosed with celiac. It's the glyphosate. No problems for my wife since she cut that shit out. Added bonus for me is homemade breads, so the house always smells amazing
The only thing those 10 percent of white women have in common is an exaggerated adverse reaction to glyphosate. It's poisoning the entire food chain, but some white women are more susceptible to it's toxicity
See below. Have her try gluten free diet for about 6 months. The results with my wife were unbelievable. Getting rid of the glyphosate by getting gluten out of her diet was recommended to us by a non traditional (read: actual) doctor, not a big pharma shill.
Put her on a gluten free diet. My wife went through the same thing. Please be aware, she's probably not actually averse to gluten, but the glyphosate (Monsanto round up) that gets sprayed on all gluten crops. If you can get flour, sugar, etc that has not been tainted by glyphosate, you don't have to be gluten free. Going to a gluten free diet is just the easiest way to see the results. Hashimotos diagnosis is almost always a bad diagnosis to the wrong problem (or it's purposefully assigned because fuck the pharma industry and doctors and they like to sell pills)

Low iron was something else my wife had from glyphosate poisoning. They put her on an iron supplement in addition to the levothyroxine originally

You don't have to take it forever. After getting rid of the glyphosate in her diet, my wife quit taking the levo and hasn't taken it for years.
