Say what you will, the Imperial Negro is ungovernable. In fact, the whole idea behind "inclusivity" is that it removes the excuse by unintergrated savages of not being given the "opportunity" to conform. It puts the onus on that individual to conform with the program and in the short term marginalizes those who would be exclusive in their national identity in the traditional ethno-cultural sense.
This subverts the traditional nation (a nation composed of autonomous sovereigns cooperating for their mutual benefit); for if the new order offers itself like a glory-hole gimp to every creature walking the continent, it can feel justified in its later excluding those who would prefer a different or merely older national standard. These vaccines are just the latest social-signal being propagated by the new order and its exact purpose is just that of marginalizing people who would operate under the older national standard without using a traditional legal mandate have manufactured a new moral mandate. They won't force the needle in your arm, they'll just take everything else away from you until you willing roll-up your sleeve.
Becoming ungovernable is about recognizing totalitarian social-signals and either ignoring or subverting them. The Imperial Negro has the advantage of already having very little to lose when the new order seeks to indirectly coerce compliance.
They are connected the microphones in the podiums of the court-room speakers. Nothing fancy. The box under their neck controls the volume and probably the "channel" to which the device is connected.
