This is one is DalaranWow and it normally is a a blizzlike WOTLK server but they made a 4x xp some time ago for a few days and players asked them to keep it, so it's constantly 4x xp. Not a big player base though. I know there are still others that are bigger but this one brings me back the most.

Well, i was not able to find a proper source for the first one (maybe i'm retarded) but it seems that this "quote" and the other version of it i heard: "A lie repeated 1000 times becomes the truth" (which actually bares a lot of truth) is also hard to verify. I probably downloaded the image from old voat and i easily found the full, transcripted speech for the second one before i posted it.

Well, that's what i heard (or read rather) but i don't get the typical faggot "vibes" from him like i get from faggots that don't act like the stereotipical ones.
