I have some BAT from using Brave browser and I'd like to support Voat in some way. Also the creator of Brave is based (he's against LGBTP, lockdowns, etc.), so that might lower the chances of Voat getting rejected
Today I checked, and Catbox is loading again. I don't know if my ISP blocked the site for a few hours or something like that, because a few hours ago Catbox wouldn't load without TOR.
