Unpopular opinion: trump can both be unfairly prosecuted but also guilty of fraud even if everyone made money

Let me explain.

Apparently he said his apartment was 30,000 sq ft MULTIPLE TIMES when it was 10,000 and got a loan based on 3x value.

Even if he made more money for everyone with the borrowed money it's still fraud.

If the project had lost money it would be fraud.

The success of what you use fraudulently gained proceeds for doesn't change the fraud.

Ps I once voted for trump and don't hate him but realize now he lies a lot.

I believe if there was a political party that stood the following things there would be a MASSICE switch by regular people to this party and any candidates they put forward.     (USPolitics)

1. Elimination of immigration

2. Elimination of national debt and all usurious instances including student debt ( you're going to have to stifle your protests about "I paid mine they should have to pay there's". The point is we need to get the whole country from out from under the Jewish banker boot and student loans apart of that and this gets us support of all the students. You need to look at the bigger picture.)

3. Declarations that Jews and Israel dual citizenships can't hold certain public offices and roles like lawyers. This might need to first be started off as the position must be in proportion to their numbers in society(while DEI ish this would result in immediate improvement in the overrepresentation of Jews)

4. Deregulate/demonopolize the production/processing of meat and go after food monopolies as well as many other monopolies.

And not just corporate entity monopolies but the hidden monopolies where small groups of people actually control multiple named corporations so there's a giant effective Monopoly over vast industries.

In other words apply the antitrust law not just to corporate names but to the individuals that in reality control those corporations even if it's multiple corporations.

5. Create unrestricted suppliers of medical care. Stop letting the AMA control the services that medicine can provide. Stop allowing patent holders to keep medicines off the market. Stop allowing companies in the medical field to not offer treatments just because they aren't the most profitable. Stop allowing cities and municipalities to limit the number of hospitals in the area. What was widely unknown to me is almost all cities and manipalities limit the construction of new hospitals under the guise of if we allowed to many then the big ones won't be able to thrive. What this really does is create no competition and extremely expensive healthcare. They're more policies in this area but health care just has to be vastly over hauled in this country.

One way to get immediate improvement is require medical insurance to offer cash back to people who seek cheaper treatment overseas.

Candidate control:

I think if we offered candidates we would need to do something different than no party does.

We always have this problem where candidates get elected and then they don't do what they said.

I think if the party made all candidates sign legal contractual agreements that they're being voted into the office in order to uphold these particular points and if they don't do it when in office they will owe and forfeit all their personal belongings or some huge immeasurable fine that they cannot possibly overcome including future earnings from any payoffs for many companies that might hire them after they're out of office.

There just has to be some legal recourse against candidates getting voted into office saying they're going to do one thing and then not doing it when they're in office.

I think any party that came up with such a thing could really make a huge difference. And I think having candidates sign a contractual agreement that if they don't uphold the things they say and break their promises then they're actually going to owe huge money and they agree to resign from office could be one way to do it.

I think the case can be made that if you run under a certain party and that party gives you their endorsement that there can be a contractual agreement between you and the party that if you don't uphold the party's values when you get into office and they're specific policies then you face huge finds in the monetary amounts of what that party's endorsement and organization gave you as an advantage when you ran for office or something similar I think that could pass legal tests.
