The more freedom they get to be this way, they less they care about hiding it and the more it becomes obvious that they are all just freaks and losers and they can't actually manage a society. What we have now is barely held together with spit and duct tape by people that don't hold the same beliefs but are forced to keep quiet about it. That's not going to last much longer.
