We can't win. We show up in a shithole, clean it up and make it nice- "gentrification!" We leave a shithole because it's not getting better, and it isn't going to get better- "White flight!"
This is just further proof that the world does truly revolve around White people. We are the backbone of earth and civilization. Others are envious (muh gentrification- they hate it because they could've never made a place beautiful on their own... or muh White flight- they hate it because they lose access to the greatest resource in existence).
