The state of nursing: I'd rather die

submitted by SmallGuyFromBrooklyn to Rants 2 weeksApr 29, 2024 09:06:00 ago (+33/-0)     (Rants)

I mean, practically both ways you'll be dead but still. One of the nurses had to come back to the hospital and had to do something basic: take blood pressure. This nurse forgot how to do the test so badly, my cousin had to REMIND her how to do it. She ended up having to google the procedure, because she couldn't remember how it was done. She then failed to understand how blood pressure works since she forgot that blood pressure can be done on the legs or arms, but will give different readings. She was very ... confused why this was.

These are the same retards doing surgery and complex operations. We are so fucked as a country

The two processes for blood pressure is outlined by "black box" and "conventional" design. In the case where they take the blood pressure as originally defined (i.e. the procedure we're all familiar with) is the convention and again DEFINES the measurement. The gizmo just correlates a few measurements with blood pressure in some "discovered statistical pattern" that has no actual basis of intent strung together just a bunch of correlations that completely disregard any basis for blood pressure. So, it's an unknown algorithm that doesn't really "align" with blood pressure but somehow just "seems to" a large percentage of the time.

This is how they mesmerized many with the PCR test for a diagnosis. The small protien bits "correlate" with a few patients that also had been "diagnosed with" covid and next thing you know they deem sickness by matching a threshold amount of three random protien chains already in everyone's body and on every mold and plant (documented). Now with the black box gizmo, "The gizmo light turned red" turns into "I have covid" when no "symptoms" (the original criteria of the diagnosis) aren't even present.

The conventional method: wizardry. The "black box" method: pure sorcery.
