Time and time again, MS-13 members have proven to be nothing but violent, subhuman savages with no hope of reform. That they're here illegally only bolsters the fact that they cannot be allowed around civilized people.
It should be completely legal to execute these savages on-sight. If someone has an MS-13 tattoo, the general public should not only be allowed, but encouraged to put a round in their face with zero repercussions (provided they call animal control to retrieve the carcass for disposal).
