true story. yesterday, one approached me in a parking lot holding her groid, at the same time I was holding one of my beautiful kids walking back to the car.
99 out of 100 times you pass somebody who is also holding a similar aged kid, both parties nod, smile, acknowledge, comment, whatever.
But in this case she just looked at the ground making no eye contact.
I think she either read my mind, or has seen enough expressions to want to avert further unbearable shame.
