As far as I know, which isn't far, it is already off-shore. What the legislation is doing is enforcing a ban on access to the site in the US unless the company agrees to a divestiture, which basically means licensing to a different company to operate in a given territory (the US in this case). It looks like flagrant anti-competitive protection of (((private))) interests here, namely, the ability for Jews to sterilize the platform of things that will wake up the goy.
