I only just heard about it recently but supposedly it happened just after the election. Did I just miss it or is this something they pulled out of their ass?
They are accusing him of something that is perfectly legal to do. If you think the election was wrong or fraudulent, you make the claim that your electors ought to be the ones casting their vote (electoral college). This was done by the democrats, I believe in Hawaii in the 60's, and it worked.
