thanks! i've had a lot of luck welding a washer to the bolt through the hole then welding a nut to the washer. the heat from the weld heats them up red hot and if you cool the weld down with a splash of water or p. oil it seems to shock it. i may just touch it with a drill bit to shine it up. but those guys are pretty deep so i may use a brass collar to make sure i dont get the manifold in the weld..
