I just want to hurt the nigger so no matter what I get what I want there too. His insurance rates will rise and I will win a civil judgement in excess of $1,000 so it IS enforceable. When he doesn't pay, his life gets even more shit. He's taken to collections and if the process plays out things get more fun to include garnishing of wages or tax returns.
