The attack in Moscow is hilariously obvious. ISIS decides to suddenly be there. Russia wanted to take them out in Syriah and the US stopped it.

Painfully obvious.

Isis has not attacked Israel once. Though to be more accurate they did once as a mistake and both sides quickly kissed and made up.
