They're my wife's favorite bird when we come here. The brown pelicans are a close second. I'm partial to snowy egrets and osprey. We saw a Great Blue Heron catch a fish bigger than it's head yesterday. It was pretty epic.
I know it sounds gay, but I absolutely love bird watching. I get in my happy place just watching them do their thing.
