Well depends. Ain't bad if you smoke 'em, but they ain't no good for the grill.
They're not gamey, so to speak, just fishy. Kinda like mullet. Terrible on a plate, but really fuckin good smoked.
Don't ask me how I know that. They're a protected species. Which is crazy because they're in the ibis family, and nobody gives a fuck if you eat an ibis.
