KHK is an adherent of what has been called 'the single Jewish cause' of white decline in white nationalist circles. That is the view that Jews are the only problem or the predominant or overriding problem. The view that Jews are the controllers, that they tell all of the other hostiles what to do.
To the extent he is legit. And he most definitely is not.
