EDIT: You do realize the French military SF advisors/operators are already in ukraine , right ?? The 'leaked military memos' are for not putting 'conscript troops ' on the ground. Allegedly it's an internal document, ie a discussion between military officers and NOT an official response to Macron. Regardless, history shows that the french military will still do what the Govt orders them to do - which is my entire point of not needing to listen to what they might or might not have to say (i'm sure some military officials also disagreed woith vax mandates and deploying against the yellow vest - but that still didnt change things)- and you also agreed that the military follows what the govt tells them to do but imply they are 'sane'..
