I included the time stamps - you can see it the first time he walks down the corridor and then picks it up as he comes back - he also picks one up from the middle of the corridor that fell . He walks straight past it on his way to the meeting room.

EDIT: Yes the mag is already there. Go to 8:33 that is clearly the mag - which he picks up - mark the spot then go back to 6:53 it is already there before the first time he walked down the corridor. I never claimed the shooting was fake.
