2 common human behaviors to ask your life coach to coach you on: Psychological projection and being the cause of your own problems.

I'm going to list specific, concrete examples but this is not exclusively what is meant by the headline. These are simply relatable example to illustrate the abstract point:

Being the cause of your own problems
Being the cause of your own problems is huge. I find men complaining about the way women act, yet the intensity at which they complain is equal to the tenacity in which they encourage women, especially the closer they are to a given woman, to engage in the bad behavior they complain about.

Women also will complain about "all" men, when they're really complaining about the less than 5% of men they continuously (and retardedly) pursue. They pursue this losing strategy and expect all men and women in earshot to jump in and harass the man into dating her and allowing her to make some fantastical power move to angry other women or an ex bf. To contrast this with men, who are not causing their own problems in this way, this would be like men waiting for only the 5% most attractive women to come along and make their peepee involuntarily tingle - the species would die out if this applied both ways. Women put great energies into trying to cut to a perceived unattainable goal.

Psychological Projection
When I learned what this was, I was excited to know there was an established term for what I've seen people do my entire life - but I never heard anyone else talk about it as pointedly as I did. I almost almost observe psychological projection when someone is trying to confabulate an explanation or they accuse me of something that I have no idea what they're talking about. I would further simplify this observation by saying it's people making statements in the absence of information. This is really common and i've noticed 95%+ of people aren't even referencing historical statistical info they've experienced to guess what happened with something - they just explain what they would do in a situation - yes, no matter how dumb it is. If they say something that is complete nonsense, then you've identified a nonsense behavior by that person and there are probably all kind of problems whenever you hear about them running into that situation when you're not around. Think about this when you see it next and you will see what I'm saying to be true.

Concrete examples of this are like being accused of cheating when you have not done anything even close to cheating.... the other person is cheating 100%. this has always been the case for me in life and has never once been wrong.

This goes for anything. If there is no toilet paper in the bathroom and your roommate accuses you have TPing the neighbor's house - then they did that before, probably recently. Perhaps so recently that that's why there is no TP in the bathroom.
