If Black people understood that their DNA statistically commits violence at a much higher rate than Whites, then they could take precautions to mitigate the problem.

We need a society where it is widespread and common knowledge, and commonly spoken aloud, that Black DNA has a much higher propensity for violence than others. It's a matter of public safety, for starters.
